Who is responsible

CMC — Creative Growth Company, operating in Argentina, Mexico and Miami. The data controller is Martín Cortés.

Any question about your data is answered at the address at the end of this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, WhatsApp, company, role, what you need, estimated budget and your message.

If you used the diagnostic, we also keep the answers you selected, so the first conversation starts informed. The diagnostic runs in your browser: if you do not submit the form, those answers never leave your device.

We use no tracking cookies and no advertising tools on this site. If that changes, this page is updated first.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or transfer data to third parties, and we do not use it to send you bulk communications you did not ask for.

Where it is stored

In Supabase, a database provider, and in the site's hosting infrastructure. Both act on our behalf and under their own security commitments.

Access is limited to the people at CMC who handle commercial enquiries, each with their own credentials.

For how long

While the commercial relationship is active, and up to two years after the last contact. After that, or if you ask us earlier, the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. An email is enough: we reply within ten business days.

In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and handles complaints.
